| In the US, branded trigger packs are sold nationwide and have to be able to survive extreme weather conditions from the chills of Chicago to the heat of Nevada. High temperatures can cause gases to leak from some formulations; this can be problematic in leak proof air tight trigger packs.
GOP came to the aid of a major US brand.
GOP used its extensive global sourcing capabilities to source the right components and configured their J series trigger. GOP devised a new wad system for the J Series that allowed the bottle to vent off any built up gases through the trigger.

The finished triggers and component samples were then provided to the customer for thorough testing before approval. Finally larger quantities were sent for final transit tests and production trials. Working closely with both the customer and the component manufacturers GOP ensured that budget and time constraints were met.
