When a simple standard closure caused problems on the filling lines for some customers and low volumes did not justify new tooling or amendments to the bottle, GOP was able to step in with a solution.
GOP came up with new tooling capacity and minor changes to the product design that meant a new closure could run more efficiently on the filling lines. As a result of the minor adjustments, GOP customers were able to solve their filling problems as well as make substantial production savings.
